The garden is beautiful, the beds were very comfortable

Spider web in the bathtub, the ceiling was cracked(that should be fixed), on arrival my father greet one of the bartender and asked for a latte but never received one.

Very helpful in all aspects of the hospitality. room was great and clean.

When we arrived we were unexpectedly upgraded and our room was fantastic! It was spacious, clean with a lovely view of the garden. The hotel was quiet at night and our sleep uninterrupted. They provided a fan in the room given how hot it was when we stayed. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a good evening meal in the bar. There was a good selection of items at breakfast. The hotel is very well positioned for the motorway connections but also to the designer shopping outlet which we had no idea about until we arrived. We were able to walk there from the hotel in under 10 mins which was a bonus. There are also some good walking routes on the hotel’s doorstep.
