The Gretna Chase Hotel

Lovely hotel. We had a great meal and a chilled evening in the bar. Bed was comfy and we had a fab night sleep. Breakfast was plentiful with enough choice not to be over whelmed.

Everything. Excellent stay, booked at last minute due to travel disruption. Would return.

Just one thing - no kettle and hot drink facilities in room.

We booked an overnight stay on our way home from our holiday in Norfolk to The Highlands. We had booked a superior double room but were upgraded to a deluxe double which we couldn't have been more pleased with. It was cosy, clean and comfortable and we appreciated being able to relax on the sofa after our long drive. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice for either a continental or cooked meal and set us up for the rest of our journey home. We enjoyed chatting with Angela who was very helpful and who is a credit to the hotel. The gardens are very pleasant and would be nice to sit out in at warmer times of the year.

A bit more choice on the evening menu would have been welcome.
