Customer service, inaccurate food descriptions and paper thin walls.

We liked all services and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

WiFi in the room kept dropping out. So that could do with upgrade.

Freshly cooked full breakfast. Had a conversation with the chef when I was the first guest down for breakfast. The outside tables were great to sit out at in the sun.

Staff (laundry bundles) and guests need some sort of "goods lift" to the rear of the building to assist with getting luggage bags upstairs. Next time we are over we will have an Electric Vehicle. Please could you investigate installing 2 to 3 electric charging points - 11KW Alternating Current (AC) - in the extra parking area to the rear of the building. Offer low cost charging where guests can recharge their cars overnight or get a couple of hours of top up while there for food.

We were staying to attend a funeral that was taking place early on the morning, I contacted the hotel the evening before to request an early check in - around 11am. That said that they would contact the cleaning team and ensure our room was cleaned first. On arrival, the lady knew who I was and the room was ready for us, amazing service, thank you

Bit expensive however there was an event on in Leeds so all prices were inflated, nothing that the hotel could have done.

Booked a room here for one night as we were attending Slam Dunk Festival. It’s probably a bit too far away for this particular festival, but that shouldn’t reflect badly on the pub itself as it’s a great place to stay for a very reasonable price. The staff were nice, the room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom! Shower had great water pressure, plenty of towels, a nicer than expected toiletries collection for use. The cooked breakfast was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay, so this is nitpicking, but I found the mattress a bit too firm and the room had a fan but no air conditioning.
