Room was very small with very limited clothes storage. Lots of stairs.

Lovely setting, nuce and quiet street but close to local amenities and short walk down the chine to the beach. Good size room, bright and spacious, beds comfy. lovely little balcony too although next rooms window was close by so didn't want to interrupt them. Nice to have tea & coffee facilities microwave and fridge. Could have donw with a couple of spoons. Shower room good, although needs a blind at the window.

Very nice location close to the seaside, extremely pleasant and welcoming hosts, complimentary tea/coffee provided with a teapot.

A little refurbishment is needed, shower does not work properly.
