Spacious, nice items.

The bed was firm but comfy towel soft shower had hot water room was ensuite very friendly hosts 20 minute walk from railway station 10 minute walk to beach

front door creaked so heard people arriving and leaving Loo roll holder falling off wall Tv had no signal and remote was sticky No mirror in bathroom so had to use mirror in bedroom for flossing teeth Bedroom door didn’t feel very secure although was locked and was secure

Location to where we were visiting. Very close.

Very very dated. The wooden bed frame was AWFUL. It squeaked constantly.. even just sitting down. The bedding was clean although we felt the top blanket looked manky. The shower pressure very low. Can’t really fault the location for quiet and peaceful and could tell the hosts do keep the property clean. Just felt the room needed more updated furniture. The TV Netflix was in Spanish!

Very lovely place, very comfortable place, very clean, super friendly and nice hosts, very well equipped room with a very good bathroom!!!

Friendly staff, excellent location, had a good nights sleep.

Was expecting more dedicated/guaranteed parking.

I did not stay at this place due to Lincoln House not being as advertised on the booking.com

Well , when I visited the place , went upstairs to see the room which I had booked for £148 for that night and I discovered that the room looked absolutely different from the pictures advertised and it was not as described! Spoke to the Owner of the place, which called hirself Frank , and after explaining my concerns he agreed to fully refund me £148 in order for me not to be his guest! When I asked him for the evidence of the refund he was angry and upset and asked me to trust him as he will refund the full amount after he was credited from booking.com from my account,however, after I had to leave the premises and find another suitable place for that nigh, Mr. Frank texted me through my booking.com account he will not refund me as the booking was not refundable, which we already discussed this matter before leaving his premises! I obviously mentioned the Consumer Right Act 2015 that , who protects the consumers when products and services are not as described which looked like made the Gentleman unhappy!
