Perfect location

It was close to the beach .

It didn’t have a view . It was a problem getting there on foot with my heavy bag …I found the place , but had to check in way up the road at the other hotel !!! Then walk all the way back !!! The TV was not working . A couple of hours later the night porter (very helpful) came and fixed it !!!!

Location excellent, being a coastal town there were shops, restaurants etc but also a beach. Excellent transport links too on bus routes and walkable to the train station. room very clean, had everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner opitions nearby..

Boat house not sound proof. We were advised about this when we booked. When we were there other guests were considerate (as were we) so noise not much of an issue.

Brilliant location. We just popped out the front door and around the side to watch the sunset over the sea.

A bit snug walking around the bed and the toilet flush was poor. The keys had to be collected from some distance away. We were lucky to have friends dropping is in their car or it would have been difficult walking there with luggage.

Location was very good though would’ve been good to have more of a view than a wall and a roof

Room was a tight squeeze and bathroom sink so small it was almost impossible to fill the kettle. Walls were very thin and could hear conversations and television from next door till late…that was worst part

As usual, the beautiful town of Whitstable didn't disappoint. Friendly locals, and an idyllic Vista. The boat house is literally on the beach. It's fresh, clean and cosy, and you won't get a better place to put your head down for the night.
