Please note that access to the accommodations is via a single-story staircase and may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Please note the following restaurant opening hours: Monday to Sunday: 12:00 to 14:30 and 18:00 to 21:00 Please note that The Black Dog is closed between 14:30 and 17:00 from Monday until Saturday. Guests will not be able to check-in during this time, unless arranged in advance. Please note that early check-in is possible from 13:00 to 14:30. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Wonderful stay at the Black Dog Inn."

The staff were welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was on order so freshly cooked. The classic full Breakfast was super and my Sis had the pancakes both days. We slept very well. We had two evening meals which were delicious. Thank you fir a brilliant stay.

The road was noisy in the morning but we were not worried by it as we slept so well.

The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was really pleasant and a good size. It was very clean and well appointed. The food was really well cooked . We had the Sunday roast which had to have been the best roast dinner we've ever had in a pub setting ever. Excellent.

everything the staff were super helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble

because we were elderly it would have been great if there had been a lift but I would think that very few pubs have this
