Very clean and such friendly and welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for their guests

My parents stayed for one night, I email the hotel to tell them it was my parents 50th wedding anniversary and if they could do something special for them as a gift, they left a bottle of champagne and a slice of chocolate cake in their room, my parents were delighted with this gesture.

Was quoted one price when booking this room through booking.com and on the day my card was charged a little extra, would rather like to be informed of hidden charges.

Staff v helpful hotel v clean very pleasant

The place was very clean and staff very friendly

The bathroom in the room was very small , and the shower base filled up ( not draining ) and was difficult to use (the temp adjustment didn't seem to work properly)so was to hot .But over all a perfect location and stay for what we needed.

Have to say the room was amazing and clean. the bed was comfortable, really enjoyed my stay. the staff were very helpful.

The bathroom sensor light was really annoying as it didn stay on very long and i found myself waving my arms to get the light to turn back on.

The water was always cold in the evenings so cold showers every evening, on letting staff know there response was wait half an hour, not helpful when your on a tight schedule.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!! On arrival to The Imperial to leaving, the attitude and nature of every staff member we met was fabulous. Such a beautiful hotel, nestled in Garvagh in mid Ulster. Immaculately decorated, fantastically cleaned...I'm lost for superlatives. I had booked the suite, room 12, uh oh!! Just perfect! HUGE room, beautifully decorated, wonderfully comfortable bed. Ensuite bathroom was just amazing....spa bath with shower head. Toiletries supplied too and lovely huggable towels. Breakfast was included in our rate and being freshly cooked to order was just amazing. We dined in the restaurant which was so good. The well stocked bar really hit the spot too. I enjoyed my stay so much I have already booked to come back!!!!
