Provident Suite - Free Wi-Fi - Sea View

We’ve stayed several times within this building. Always spotless. Great location. This time we were on top floor again which is fine for us but perhaps too many stairs for some. Previously stayed on ground level which was fantastic.

Nothing to fault really.

In the provident suite the sloping ceilings are dangerous ..you have to be careful of hitting your head which we done several times..but bed was really nice it was like home from home..as normally on holiday the beds are usually very uncomfortable..

Location was excellent

It would have been good if a kettle was provided in the room. A bigger fridge would have been good. We could not find any rubbish bags in the kitchen. Most of the time we couldn't get Internet connection.

No cups in room for tea making . No hairdryer. Late entry to property. No communication as to how to get into property had to ring agent booking. Com hadn't passed on our booking. Fortunately agent was still open otherwise we would not have been able to get into the property. Only had agents number and they closed at 5pm .

The property was clean,modern and easy to access.The property was located in a great location. You can see a great amount of care goes into the management of the property and facilities mostly it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed it very much.

The slanted roof in particular was very awkward as i had to duck to go around the bed and bashed my head a couple of times. The Wifi was poor and barely worked we had connectivity issues throughout most of our stay luckily we didn’t rely on that too much. Although the facilities down stairs are great i believe a couple of glasses in the room would of been a nice touch.

The bathroom was good quality

The ceiling height in 2/3rds of the room was below head height bumping your head was common. All soap dispensers were empty. The tv was not watchable. The wi fi didn’t work. The management were sympathetic but took no action. We weren’t warned as to the number of steps to the property.
