Please contact the property in advance for extra beds and children cots. Children under 16 years are permitted in the pool and Spa area from 08:00 to 14:00 (last entry to the pool is 1:00). On arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception. This card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room. Please note, unless previously arranged with Lakes Hotel and Spa, we do not accommodate any groups/parties. Hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm and apartments are available to check in from 4.00pm.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Nice but wouldn’t visit again"

Hot tub, room service was very quick. Mali at reception on check in and check out was friendly and welcoming.

Staff could’ve been more welcoming. Leaving and entering hotel during day and evenings whole reception was full of staff and not one person greeted us in passing, found this strange in a five star hotel.

When we arrived we were informed we had been upgraded to a room with a hot tub due to it being my partners 30th birthday. It was so kind and We were so grateful. They also put rose petals on the bed. Write a happy birthday message on the mirror and gave us a complimentary glass of Prosecco. So welcoming. We were even given a ride to the fizzy tarte in the hotels Bentley which my partner loved! Couldn’t fault the hotel and staff. Spa facilities were amazing.

Location. Views. Restaurant

Very thin walls. Could hear every word, scream , cry, cough from the family of at least 4 from very early. V unfortunate that we were next to a young family and the walls were so thin
