As it was winter hours the bar closed at 6 so nowhere to get a drink. The room next door had tv on loud until late and then on again at 6am. We walked to Saltburn during the day but would not be doable at night so got an Uber back.

Lovely stay, beautiful scenery, room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, breakfast was lovely, definitely stay there again.

Room was comfortable and the position near the golf course with sea views was pleasant

No food or bar service after 6 pm. The ceiling light near the door in the bedroom was on all night and was too bright. The plug in the bathroom sink did not work properly, it jammed. The breakfast menu was limited to cooked food with no cereal, fruit or yoghurts offered.

Location was good as we were attending a wedding nearby. Room was clean and modern and had a smart tv.

Only one member of staff working both the bar and hotel check ins. No bar after 6pm due to winter opening hours, the room was extremely cold and the shower flooded the bathroom - no staff available to report this to due to winter opening times - they had already left for the evening. The pathway to the guest entrance (key coded fire escape door) had no form of lighting - not ideal if you are returning to the hotel late at night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay wish it had been more than 1 night!! We will definitely stay again when next in the area.The

The only problem was the shower the water didn’t drain away so the bathroom floor was flooded.

The bar shut at 6 and there was no food (i.e breakfast and dinner). There was no hotel staff to run the reception after 6pm.
