The room was modern and clean, and the hotel had a nice decor. The receptionist was very friendly and the spaces were modern, clean, and professional. The clean shared bathroom had private, lockable cubicles and seperate showers, toilets, and sinks, all of which were modern and still quite private. The bedroom was fine, clean, with some storage space and a large window. The location is good - it is in the centre of Glasgow and close to transit links and the sights of Glasgow. It was the cheapest private bed in Glasgow that night, which is the only reason I picked it.

This hotel is DIRECTLY ABOVE A NIGHTCLUB that made incredibly loud noise and vibrations from 10pm till 4am. I got zero sleep as a result. It was miserable. The room is stuffy and has no AC or openable window. The cleaners were extremely noisy at 8am and woke me up by shouting at each other in the corridor right outside my door. There was no bin in the bedroom so I had to pile my garbage on the floor in the corner. The location, while central, is next to a load of nightclubs, a back alley, and a homeless shelter, so drug addicts lingered around right outside the hotel and the streets smelled like urine. The shower had only lukewarm water.

The drum and bass night club that felt like it was in the next room. Impossible to sleep unti the early hours. And the latch on the door was very loud whenever anyone came in or out.

The main problem is that the hostel is sandwiched between two nightclubs and noise pollution continues until 4am every night. Apart from this major issue, it is a goodish hostel in a great location close to the station. In my situation for one night it worked, but don’t go there if you expect a quiet environment! It’s a rather peculiar idea to have sleeping accommodation in a situation where megs loud disco music is blasting through the walls until dawn! I wore earplugs!

Logement exigu, bruyant, porte grinçante, sanitaires petits et saturés d'humidité, TV en panne. Musique permanente dans les espaces communs.... ce type d'hébergement ne convient pas à des personnes de nos âges.

방의 개인 사물함의 자물쇠가 망가진게 많아서, 다른 침대의 사용자가 마음대로 사물함을 사용함. 만약 방이 만실일경우 늦게 체크인하면 나의 짐을 안전히 보관하긴 어려워 보임.
