Needs money spending toilet takes over 5 minutes to refill the seat didnt fit, theres 4 different type of tiles no plug in the sink painting looks like its been done by a 5 year old smoke detector was hanging out the ceiling however the bed was comfortable and it was cheap

Great place They had even put the heaters on so the room was warm on arrival

Room was near perfect. Very comfy, quiet and clean. Would stay again. Had no idea where to drop room key next day. Little drop box would be good for reception area as was locked this morning. Would stay again. Thanks. 🙂

Excellent value for money. Clean cosy and helpful staff. No complaints . Wifi signal/ Internet connection difficult due to the wooded area surrounding premises. But a lovely location.

The staff was very polite and helpful i recommend there to anyone very peaceful Tye gentleman that worked that night was as helpful as he could be Thank you for being helpful appreciated

I paid for a executive suite and ended up in a standard room room full of dump

I stay at ATZ&h quite a bit and never have I had a problem there staff are friendly and welcoming and it’s always clean. They have good options a boxing gym and a place for the kids to looks at animals. It’s a 5mins walk if that too she’ll garage and miller and carter

This hotel is in a quiet area all u hear is the traffic going past of a night time

I liked the location as it was easy to get to and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. But I disliked the fact that me and my girlfriend woke up to spiders on us in our bed, on our pillow, on the sheets and on the walls. As well as my girlfriend having bit marks on her face and body from these spiders. I don’t know what spiders they are and she is very conscious of the bite on her face. I have pictures and videos to send so please let me know where I should forward them too. After that experience we weren’t able to go back to sleep so it wasn’t a very good experience unfortunately. And she’s upset for being bitten. You know how woman are with their look especially her face. So personally I'm requesting a full refund. This experience ruined my whole night into this morning. She’s constantly looking in the mirror.
