Shiray Hotel

Was a lovley hotel very close to city center and staff was amazing very helpful & friendly.

If someone in the hotel flushes toilet it's alittle noisy at night.

Perfect location. Host so friendly and helpful. Nice little room to fit 2 adults and 4 children. Great communication prior to arrival.

Bedroom looks a little like it may have had a previous damp problem, but maybe just decor as all clean and smelt lovely!

Everything, the staff are so helpful and such a welcoming family Location is great and it's very clean and well stocked with tea ect, shower things and towels

The rooms were very impressively well-maintained. You can tell the owners really put their heart to it down to the little details! The beds were comfortable, the room itself was decent as you'd expect it, but the whole hotel smelled really nice, and the bathroom in the room was just very clean and quite nicely arranged. I stay in budget hotels in Blackpool quite often and honestly this is one of the nicest experiences I've had. Thoroughly recommend. Complementary waters as well, and biscuits.

We were there during a cold snowy spell (sub-zero temperatures), so the room got a bit chilly, but I'm sure if we'd asked for more heaters the owners would have been given some, just didn't bother to.
