The hotel was really clean and had a real cosy feel to it me and my children had a very comfortable night's stay. I liked how it wasn't too far from the front having to walk with young children. The owners were lovely and friendly and made us feel welcome. I will definitely be booking this room on our next sleep over at Blackpool.

The owner was a lovely lady, very helpful . Location

Room was very small & cramped. Bed very uncomfortable, thin cheap matress. bedding very old & bobbly sheet. Dated. Toilet was stained in bottom of pan . Room needs a complete update, ceiling etc.

The fact we could check in early made a huge difference. Meant we could go out for afternoon drinks without carrying our bags around or worry about getting back to check in. Hotel was nice, rooms were clean. Great place and definitely recommend.

"Good option for basic stay near Blackpool Tower"

Good location for sea front and Blackpool Tower, with very friendly welcome.

Everything was OK but the 'private' WC and 'private' shower were actually down the corridor - this was a little misleading and there was nothing to stop other people using them.
