Central location , friendly staff,parking

Too many stairs to go up to our room in the roof space,we are over sixty fivers. The rooms radiators weren’t on, but there was a portable electric rad on wheels in the room.We had to share bath because hot water went cold.low and sloping ceiling in our room.

"We had a very nice stay at The Quay and would certainly love to stay again if we are ever back in Faversham!"

9.0

It was a very charming and an authentic pub! The staff were kind and we loved our spacious and comfortable room on the top floor. We also loved being able to book a table for dinner right at the pub and really enjoyed our meals! Just having to walk down the stairs to have a full English breakfast in the morning was also a huge perk.

There was quite a lot of traffic passing out front so it was a little bit noisy but the location was great to walk around exploring Faversham so it makes sense that there was some traffic.

The bar was accommodating and friendly and the restaurant busy with non-residents, which was no surprise as my evening meal was very good.

"Best Stay Ever!! The bath is amazing"

10.0

We loved everything about our stay The staff were very friendly, they couldn't have done more for us. The breakfast was lovely, the bacon was the best ever. Our bedroom and bathroom were clean, and the toilet had a vacuum flush that took a bit of getting used to and a funky hair dryer in the bathroom, too. The bedroom had a lovely quirky wardrobe, one section had a nespresso machine and tea bags (only suggestion would be decaf options for both) and thete was a safe in that section also, the middle section had a lovely dressing table with lights and a stool. The last section has a full-length wardrobe with an iron and board. The bath is perfect for the wider person. It made my birthday being able to fit in a bath and enjoy it. The location is perfect for the town, there is a market every Saturday morning for the whole day.

I wouldn't change a thing.

"Not bad, but room.for improvement"

8.0

Friendly welcome. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night.

The shower could be improved (small, hot water took ages, controls too tight to use with wet hands). I would have preferred an earlier breakfast - 8:30 seems quite late.
