Location, breakfast, standard of decoration in room, friendly staff, outside area.

Light in bathroom too dark to do makeup, needs to be much brighter for us ladies.

"the people were pleasant but the room was not really acceptable and the downstairs was quite cold un"

The breakfast was mostly excellent although on the first morning i was presented with coffee that was both very weak and cold .

The bathroom is so small that there was nowhere to put anything, the room was cold and the toilet was dirty and smelled
