Hotel perfect for our visit

Room was ok , shower was not working properly, head blocked

Staff lovely, room lovely and clean, perfect parking for my limited mobility - will definitely be staying again

The property is so near the beach. The facilities are great. A little bit dated but for the price excellent value. Breakfast is as very good. Staff did everything to make our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend if going to Minster.

Not much I didn’t like. Just needs updating but then price should also increase.

The staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was great. Served to order and plenty to eat. The location was lovely close by the sea. The rooms and internal courtyard was very pretty. The room and bathroom was very clean and could not complain about the complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits. The price was very reasonable for 2 nights and with breakfast included, it was definitely 3 stars.

Sadly the decor and upkeep of the hotel was slightly lacking and looked a little tired. Our mattress was extremely soft and I nearly fell out of bed due to the lack of springs. Our curtain rail also fell from the wall when we were moving the curtains. we booked this hotel thinking it was based in Minster (which is located on the other side of Kent) so we did have to do some excess travelling to find this hotel but that was probably our fault on booking.
