Woodbury Park Hotel & Spa

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed

Went in the swimming pool to be told we couldn't swim because of the class that was happening, waste of a visit and when we checked in to use the spa we should have been told. Ate in the restaurant in the evening, service was not great and when commented on the food not being very tasty, the person server argued with us saying it wasn't how we had experienced it! Disappointing and rude!

Two beds pushed together for a double. Phone in room didn't work. No mention of need for refundable deposit before stay.

The spa was amazing, best steam room I've been in.

It had a welcoming feel about it as soon as you walked in - the staff were all friendly including cleaners etc
