Excellent choice at breakfast, very friendly staff. On street car parking, we got spaces closer than many hotel car parks

Friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet location. Decent pub food in the hotel, but other options within a short walk. Ballater is very pretty.

Lovely small hotel in beautiful village of Ballater owner was very kind, I had single room and was spotless, very quiet and very nicely presented, stayed 8 days as in golf tournament and Ballater golf club (also very nice) breakfast every morning was freshly cooked, immaculately presented and very tasty! You will not be disappointed here for sure highly recommend

Die Ausstattung war einfach, aber zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem und wir hatten ein gutes Frühstück. Man könnte warmes bestellen oder vom Buffet holen

We had a wonderful stay in Ballater. The hotel was quaint, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and wonderfully quiet — exactly what we were looking for. Having the bar and restaurant conveniently on site made everything so easy, and both dinner and breakfast were absolutely outstanding. The owners and staff were incredibly warm, personable, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food and drinks were a definite 10/10. With its convenient location and excellent hospitality, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
