Food at hotel was very good. Staff were lovely. Rooms were very clean.

Wasn't sure where to park so had to temporarily Park then move car. Instructions could be given in an email. The bathroom was clean but dated and the towels were cheap (Tesco label) and had seen better days. I know its only a small thing but gives the wrong impression and easily resolved. Tesco regularly do half price towels I buy them myself but only the West Park ones which are better than M and S! The bed was very hard and not comfy we both had a bad night I'm afraid.

Bit dated property and facilities initial contact on arriving pretty off putting as rather unwelcoming attitude to simple request which was gradually softened and resolved but first impressions count and are lasting Bit over priced for what was on offer

The hotel is very comfortable, the staff couldn't be kinder and my room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared. Food is available for lunch and/or dinner and as enjoyable. Very convenient for retail therapy and for varied lengths of walks. All in all A+

No reason to complain on my visit.
