"Love this place and will continue booking each year as long as we can."

We stay here every year for our annual short stay to see the illuminations. The location is brilliant for the front and the pleasure beach. There is free parking. The rooms are cosy and clean and has what you need for a few days stay. Pearl and Geoff the owners are friendly, accommodating and Peal makes a cracking breakfast. It’s great value for money. Our children love the pool table and table football.

Nothing to grumble about.

We stayed here as we'd come for a day trip to the Pleasure Beach a couple of years ago and my battery had died on my phone. It wouldn't charge up from the car charger so I didn't know the way home (without my phones Google Maps). I knocked on this hotel's door and asked if I could possibly charge my phone. The owner was very nice and let me and my son wait while it charged. He would let me pay to say thanks bless him. So we had to stay on this visit. We stayed in a family room and it was massive... A double bed and 2 x bunk beds. It was clean and the bathroom looked like it had recently been decorated. We messaged about parking as we were arriving before check in to explore. They kindly said we could parked up earlier than check in to save us having to pay for parking elsewhere. Great location with a 2 min walk to the Sandcastle Waterpark. Not much further to get to the Pleasure Beach, South Pier, Lucky Stars Amusements and a Wetherspoons pub.

There was nothing we didn't like. We had a lovely stay.

It was a little loud at times (floorboards etc plus other guests) but apart from that, nothing!

rooms lovely bed comfy. Great psrking facilities

breakfast very poor quality. advised of gluten free a week before and no choice. plates floating in grease. bacon was ok everything else poor quality. not worth the price we paid

Very pleasant and helpful owners. Family room was a good size not too cramped. Bar and eating area very clean and tidy and kids loved the games area. Free parking on site x

Bathroom very small. Breakfast quite basic.
