Breakfast was perfect, we enjoyed our breakfast Location perfect for holiday with kids, hotel close to the both parks and a beach

Location is excellent for the South Pier and Pleasure Beach. Pearl and Geoff are a lovely couple who try hard to make your stay the best it can be. The breakfast is lovely and plentiful, all you need to set you up for a long day out. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The room was more than big enough for us( all (2 Adults and 4 Children). The two bunk beds in the room were great for us. The downstairs area is great with a nice bar to chill out, and a pool table and bar table football for the kids, and also a small games area to keep them occupied if needed. Breakfast was great, and more than enough choice. Lots of patience shown with our 4 grandchildren which made it a good experience, and very relaxed. Our request for a parking spot for our stay was fully accommodated right outside, and we were even allowed to leave it there while we all went out for a walk before leaving Blackpool today. We will always look here first whenever we are visiting Blackpool in the future.

Hotel was perfect for us all Geoff and pearl were very welcoming The room was extremely clean and cosy We have booked again for next year!

Was very spacious for a family of 6, communication with owners were very easy and they got back to me straight away via the app if I asked a question, walking distant to lots of local places we had a lovely stay

If I have to say anything the double bed was a little uncomfortable (but that’s probably because I suffer with a bad back) that’s it everything else was perfect thank you

Staff absolutely amazing. Location perfect. Bed really comfortable. Breakfast top class.

The size of the tv in room. My laptop was bigger. Shower was electric but kept going cold.

The staff were polite and friendly, giving great recommendations of places to go and things to do. I also liked the tortoise 🐢 and owl 🦉. Also the pool table and foosball were a hit with the kids.

Too many stairs but it was kind of like doing a workout
