Very friendly nothing was too much trouble

It suited our needs to attend a funeral, also breakfast very hearty.

In need of a freshen up, shower leaked and quite grubby in the bathroom.

from the moment we called to say we running late till the morning we left ..the staff were fantastic made us feel at home the room was room was better than expected the bedding clean crisp and I biting room cosy and warm .the pillows were exceptional and we slept like babies..breakfast was freshly made and nothing was too much for all the staff who we came in contact with .

Wow....what a super place to stay. A really friendly experience. Visiting friends in the area so had dinner with them so didn't sample the food but spent all evening at the Masons. All staff were so friendly and helpful....We stayed in room 4. Lovely comfortable bed and everything so clean....great breakfast in the morning...we will certainly stay here again. Highly recommended !

Nothing to not like

Nice property, lovely rooms, free parking, kind staff and decent prices.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the included breakfast as no-one arrived to prepare it (staff un-well) so guests were waiting in the dark dining room. Management were apologetic and have offered partial refunds.

Evening meal was excellent and value for money. Decor was good too .

Room too hot and did not feel safe to open the window as it opened fully .
