We did not expect much, given the cost we paid, but were really impressed. Great bed room, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, good staff service, and massive breakfast.

breakfast was freshly cooked to order , staff were polite and friendly good value on the meals in the evening

Wi-Fi password not in the room had to go down and ask.

Lovely friendly pub. Pleasant room with everything you needed for a night stay. Comfortable bed, good TV, toiletries etc. Well decorated. Excellent pub with great food and staff. Bonus of 25% off food on a Tuesday. Good full breakfast and some cereal options.

Check in was a bit muddled as met by a new starter and was concerned there was going to be a problem but everything else made up for it.
