The Inn at Fossebridge

La ubicación perfecta para visitar los pueblos tanto del norte como del sur de Cotswolds, para pasear por sus vecinos campos de colza o seguir el cauce del rio. La amabilidad y cercanía de sus propietarios y la excelente cocina que poseen, tanto la cena como el desayuno de 10. La casa es tan bonita por fuera como por dentro y el jardín un remanso de paz, aunque esté cerca de la carretera no se oye un ruido. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Location, food is fabulous and is was a comfortable

The bed was not the best, it seemed like the foot end was higher than the head. Some maintenance is required for the sink plug that was held together with tape and had broken, toilet flush handle was an issue etc.

Absolutely fantastic place, Could not ask for more, Beautiful room, Fantastic breakfast, Amazing choice of buffet and cooked breakfast, Celia was absolutely brilliant couldn’t do enough for us, She took my banter and sense of humour on the chin , She really made are stay very comfortable and personal Thank you , We will return at some point ,

Clean and comfortable and the gardens were extremely well kept,

Erg vriendelijk personeel. We eten geen vlees en hadden dat pas bij aankomst aangegeven, maar toch stond speciaal voor ons ‘s ochtends een vegetarisch klassiek Engels ontbijt klaar. Ook aanrader om er ‘s avonds lekker te eten! Verder een mooie kamer (wij hadden aan de tuinkant).

Het is een geen klacht, want het zal wel iets Engels zijn, maar in onze kamer moesten we douchen in een bad zonder douchegordijn. Dat was dus wel steeds een uitdaging om er geen waterballet van te maken. Daarnaast zit de Inn aan een drukke weg, dus ik zou aanraden om een kamer aan de tuinkant te boeken (ook mooier uitzicht!).

Location is ideal for exploring the Cotswolds. The staff are lovely.

Breakfast time finished at 10am and we missed it which is a shame but it would have been great if breakfast was until 11am like most hotels. Nevertheless it’s very nice hotel

The bedroom we stayed in was rather dated... The dining area could be greatly improved.

I absolutely loved the property where I stayed. The picturesque surroundings and tranquil atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cozy accommodations were beautifully decorated and provided all the comforts of home. The attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. I can't wait to return to this lovely property in the future.

All was well

Location good, close to where we were attending a wedding.. Although on a main road, it was relatively quiet. Went for Sunday Lunch, good value, breakfast also good. Staff friendly and helpful, and a fine old building. Would definitely stay again.
