The staff on the reception were very unpleasant and appeared to have an attitude. The staff appeared to be very distance and unpleasant in tone of voice. When asking them a question. The location is not easy to find and it's near a motorway bridge. There was no Wi fi in the room which was stated there was in the booking when asking the staff they had an attitude which was very unpleasant.

Corridors smelt of weed, had to ask for toilet roll, beds hard, room really hot.
