"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Good value for money. Noise is a downside"

Friendly staff, value for money

Sleep was poor, building has very bad soundproofing. Continuous doors banging, TV’s from multiple rooms could heard, voices and conversations, creaking floors etc. Simple and cheap fixes to make the room better, a shelf or rack in the shower to put soap and shampoo, the only place is on the floor. A towel rail for a hand towel. There is no hanging space in the bathroom.

"Great choice for Villa Park"

Only a short walk away from Villa Park, which was my main reason for booking Train station only a 5 minute walk away Lovely staff Comfy bed with clean bedding Cheap and cheerful Felt safe as a solo traveller

Tired room a few tweaks and my score would have been higher No stool/chair for desk Only a bin in bathroom Carpet looked like it could have done with a good hoover Didn't realise rooms were connected to an Aston Villa pub Loud noise until 1am but to be honest I managed to fall asleep ok as no one was loud in the corridors of the rooms
