"Wood definitely return."

Was lovely and clean, we forgot to leave the clean me sign out in the morning and so I asked the cleaner if we could have fresh towels and toilet roll, when we came back she had cleaned the whole room. Jasmine in the restaurant was absolutely lovely, really made us feel very welcome.

There was just one very miserable lady working in the restaurant. Her customer service skills could be worked on. She didn't smile even once, and couldn't really be bothered to help.

Size of bed, cleanliness and showers good, tv easy to use with full sky package so this is a bonus

No hairdryers in the room, no vanity mirror in the room, ground floor windows barely open. A hairdryer in each room is a necessity for any stay where a shower is likely.
