loved our room with views of Caldey Island. enjoyed relaxing in sitting area loving views across South Beach seemed recently refurbished. bathroom was immaculate staff very obliging

Breakfast was OK but no fresh fruit available

Room was tiny. Double bed was pushed up against wall had to climb over each other to get into and out of bed. Shower was also tiny. Entertainment is advertised on Saturday night on website but there was nothing in the hotel. That was the reason we booked. Very disappointed. You also have to request to have your room cleaned and clean towels etc again poor service for price. Would not recommend. Property is being updated wait until completion

The staff were very courteous and pleasant. Location was fabulous...downstairs area was clean very nice and comfortable...

The breakfast seemed disorganised and kept running out of food items...buffet area is too small for the amount of guests. I always strip bedding on leaving to help housekeeping.. I wasn't happy as found a urine stain on the Inside of the duvet cover along with some dirty marks...this is totally unacceptable and unhygienic...I did mention to receptionist who didn't seem bothered

"I have stayed here before, and will definately be staying again."

The hotel is perfectly placed to enjoy the beach and the town. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, so had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was buffet style and was very tasty.

Excellent food in restaurant and breakfast. Immaculately clean and fab staff.

Decor was a bit tired and room was very compact.
