Breakfast was not included

The rooms were not cleaned during our stay. Only once was my bin in bedroom emptied. Bathroom not cleaned nor bedroom. Bed was never made. So disappointing that I'm sure we won't stay there again. The family room with two parents and two children only had two bath towels and then one morning when towels were put on floor they were not replaced. Only when I went and spoke to the manager were two towels brought up to room.
