Wellow Hotel

Really nice room with radiator, fan, iron, and additional pillows available which was great. The cleaner was very helpful and friendly. Easy check in and check out. The food is wonderful and not waiting too long!

Only issue I experienced was there was no hot water in the shower which was annoying but this was the only issue we found

Staff were excellent, very polite and helpful, The room was a nice size and clean, bed was comfy, bathroom a good size with large bath with overhead shower and piping hot water. Food in the restaurant were very nice so overall on our stay I would say value for money.

Slightly disappointing on the decoration of our room (double room), specially the bathroom which had damp on the ceiling. The room could really do with a make over but pleasant for the price we paid with it been a 3 night stay over the Christmas/ new year.

Great value for money, good free easy parking , staff friendly and helpful. Beds comfy and clean. Lovely seafront location. Pleased with breakfast options. Nice having a separate children's area to eat where we didn't feel we were bothering others during breakfast. Ideal stay for us with grandchildren. Felt secure and safe. Room had everything we needed. Nice and warm ( plenty of heaters)

Ideally needed more electrical sockets especially near bed and bedside table would've been handy. Tea tray needed more items- only enough milk for one cuppa. Some biscuits would be good. Rooms especially bathroom needed some attention to detail, decor touch ups required . Didn't really effect our stay. Couldn't complain for the price. Will book again when visiting nearby family.
