Roe Valley Resort

Lots of great activities for children especially the pumpkin picking, onsite games facilities. Breakfast was excellent and overall food in both restaurants was very nice.

Few areas of the hotel are in dire need of a refresh {seating in reception etc}, hotel was busy but wait times for breakfast were mental surely better communication would help. Galgorm upgrade will help but as it stands id question the price for the hotel as it stands.

Dated rooms , need a clean and update. Temperature controls not working.

Everything was as expected friendly staff easy to get too and no issues with parking

Excellent family friendly hotel, the children loved the play park area and so safe as it’s attached to hotel so parents can watch easily. Staff were very friendly and professional and hotel was very clean and tidy. The dinner in Coach house was lovely and breakfast at hotel was excellent, loads of choices in a beautiful setting. We will def be recommending to family and friends and will be back again.

Thankfully I was happy with everything.

Breakfast lovely

Couldn’t get near swimming pool or the jacuzzi as the place was overran with kids all day. Took an hour to get our main course after ordering and it arrived cold, kids still running about the bar at 10pm so not relaxing.
