Prijs. Ondanks dat we erg genoten was, heb ik nog nooit zoveel voor een kamer moeten betalen. Glas wijn van 250ml 19 pond..

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the food was exceptional. Would definitely stay again.

Несмотря на то, что ресепшн работает только до 22 часов, ввиду ДТП мы опаздывали и созванивались с персоналом отеля трижды, запрашивая возможность заселения позже обозначенного времени, на что получали подтверждение и заявления о том, что переживать нечего, нам оставят двери открытыми. Мы приехали в 00:15, и двери оказались закрытыми: нам ничего не оставалось, как переночевать в арендованном маленьком авто ПЕРЕД отелем, но не внутри, хотя заплатили за номер почти 350 фунтов... В 6 утра персонал отеля и менеджер приехали, разбудили нас, сделали замечание, что мы не должны были перед отелем спать в машине, запустили в номер на 3 часа помыться и переодеться и выселили. Параллельно менеджер сообщил, что считает допустимым подобное, подтвердил, что такое уже было однажды с другими гостями, и на наше предложение хотя бы вернуть оплаченную сумму за номер, хотя по-хорошему еще бы предложил какую-то компенсацию, комплимент или что-либо, подтверждающее его лояльное отношение к клиенту, поскольку, повторюсь, мы трижды получили заверение, что можем заселиться позже (а, значит, это ответственность отеля обеспечить такую возможность), вначале ответил отказом, но позже согласился вернуть около 130 фунтов (половину от оплаченной суммы за вычетом комиссии букинга). Итог, клиент тут точно не на первом месте. Желаем такому менеджеру, чтобы к нему проявляли такое же отношение, как и он проявляет к своим гостям.

A wonderful place to stay. It’s situated right in the heart of the Isle of Skye’s breathtaking countryside. The accommodation is very stylish and well-maintained. The breakfast is excellent. There’s plenty of space to park motorbikes safely.

Quiet, remote location with character. Great service from the staff. Excellent food.

We paid for half board which included an allowance for dinner and breakfast which was supposed to be a discounted price. I recall it was an allowance of £70 for dinner (but no way of seeing the breakdown on Booking.com). We were told by the staff that the allowance was £65. However it was impossible to reach this figure on the dinner menu and we were at about £55 each. When we queried this the staff on site did not have the authority to credit us. We will complain to the owners/management in the next few days. Very disappointing! Do not pay for half board! The food is excellent however!

De lo mejor que hay en la isla de Skye. Es caro, pero en línea con los precios disparados de la isla. Al menos aquí pagas por una habitación estupenda y un servicio de alta calidad.

La carretera de acceso es un poco un patatal.
