"It was filthy and cold"

The rooms were absolutely filthy the bedding was far from clean with hairs all over the was crap in the draws and manky marks all over the walls there was dirty fag ends all over the room and the rooms stink of smoke and as for the mattresses was absolutely vile the place needs burning down

We want a full refund as requested the property was filthy, we lasted 5 mins! The room had a used razor and dirty towel on the floor, it smelt terrible!

It was in a quiet location

The banging and noise late at night didn’t help me get any sleep, the room stunk of smoke which is not great for someone who has asthma, the floor was covered in hair and dirt, and it just felt very unsafe, all the hinges on the doors look to have been busted in the past, it was a horrible experience for someone who using booking.com quite frequently, this was awful
