Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed, modern bathroom and fittings plus tea and coffee making facilities. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Hotel brochure in the room had useful information and recommendations.

It’s unpretentious, it’s not trying to be a 5* hotel, it’s popular with trades people needing an overnight stop, it’s convenient for a break on the way to Edinburgh if Berwick hotels are too expensive. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. The guy on reception was helpful and friendly.

Our room could have done with a little maintenance, some fittings were cracked of broken. The kettle handle became very hot after boiling water. The TV was a little on the small side.

good size room very comfortable bed, good ventalation, a nice big desk to work from and 2 comfy chairs. a very good WIFI easy to get on to aswell as a good 5G signal for your phone. a nice big bathroom all and all a nice comfortable room shame i was only booked for 1 night willcome back again
