The gentleman who checked us in was lovely. Location brilliant! We had a triple room as it was a last minute booking. Beds were clean and comfortable, plenty towels available, coffee facilities etc. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t spend much time in room, so whilst the decor is a little dated it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

"Fantastic location to beach"

Owner really friendly and helpful. Great location to the beach, local shop and bus stops. Accommodation clean and comfortable 5 star service

Room given on the front of property, too close to front door where people smoke and socialise, too noisy

"The owner cancelled my booking in the day and won’t refund me."

The owner cancelled my booking on the day and stole my money. He won’t refund it and my children and I had to get a train back home that day as we had nowhere to stay. Awful.
