Not as described at all, far from pictures on booking site. Very small room, stains on bedding, can hear all neighbours in the house even talking, only one light working from three in bathroom. Free parking advertised, but in busy area close to center you never gonna get a spot all day long, therefore need to pay extra 13 pounds a day. Thats not definitely i would pay over 100£ ever again. Only what kept us staying here our really late arrival with a kid.

The location is nice, there are supermarket and nice restaurants around and it’s walking distance to the beach.

There is no reception, we called number when arrived for 6 times, no one is answering. Until some guests comet, I walked inside and waited at the reception for a while then someone appeared. The room is okish, it’s very basic. Don’t expect too much. We stayed only one night, we decided to go back to London second day, I asked the receptionist if it can be refunded the fee, he said normally it can because it’s busy, but someone will call me to confirm. I never got confirmation call. Cannot be bothered to call them.

A nice room with good facilities. Comfortable and clean. It was perfect for a one night stay.
