Chain Runner, Livingston by Marston's Inns

Staff member checking us in was excellent. Very friendly and helpful, I think her name was Nicola. Such a credit to your company. The location of this hotel was perfect for our family wedding at Harburn Estate and ideally located beside the Livingston retail park for the day after the wedding. We also visited the Lost Shore for a family gathering, which again was only a 10 min drive away. Had to pick up family from airport and again was a 15 min journey from here.

Stay was good, no complaints, though the prices were a bit expensive in the restaurant compared to nearby Wetherspoons. I did eat there once and was happy with what I ordered, but chose wisely. Check with Chain Runner website, as we were able to obtain a discount voucher to use for the 'Main' food order.

Excellent location

Staff were really friendly. Told us we could park for free even though we came before check in time. Room made up for a family with plenty towels and extra pillows. Breakfast was continental or hot buffet style. No complaints for the money paid.

Convenient location, comfortable and clean accomodation. Very helpful staff, particularly Chelsea who helped with extending my stay by an additional night.

Staff friendly great location great breakfasts and a good price. Security good too.

No shampoo, bedding of inferior quality

Staff were security conscious and friendly. 24 hour access. Location great. Breakfasts outstanding.

Pillows and duvet could have been of a better quality and provision of shampoo are the only things I didn’t give it a 10/10.
