Very friendly staff. they were happy to let us check out an hour later than advertised. food at the pub was lovely.

Nothing really not to like. it was in a little village so everywhere was a drive to get to but that was nice for us as we had everything we needed at the pub.

"Booked to stay on a Sunday night but pub shut from 6 and no food from 3"

We booked this pub to stay in overnight on a Sunday prior to an early start on a Monday morning.. we were told the night before that the last food orders were at 3pm and that the pub would be shut from 6pm… not great after travelling for 6 hours to get there to then have to drive to get dinner and a drink!

It should be made clear that the pub doesn’t offer food to customers from 3pm Sunday and the pub closes at 6pm - had I known this I would not have booked.
