Hotel rooms were newly renovated.

Hotel reception was classed as main bar area.

Nothing, I was called at 7pm to ask what time I would get there as they were closing. I asked what facilities there was after 8 and told Nothing, you will be in your room only. I asked about what arrangements for the morning as leaving st 7am and told there isn't any. I booked another hotel.

See above, do not go there.

It was available. It was quiet and clean.

Room was a bit cramped. No desk. Food finished at 5pm. The room was freezing. No heating in the room all night and the next morning. I had to go to bed with clothes on. Tried adjusting the radiator valve etc. No temperature control on the wall either.

Friendly staff, great location, warm room, big TVs, great showers ,great breakfast.

Golf. I like rugby!

The lone member of staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and warm.

The Hotel closes at 8pm in the winter. This is not advertised on the Booking.com website where it tells you that you are able to check in from 3pm until 11pm. The hotel check in actually closes at 8pm. The bar and all other facilities close at 8pm and in essence, after 8pm all you have is a room for the night. No restaurant, no food. Nothing. Just a room. My room didn't have a wardrobe, or any coat hangers, and only had coat hooks.

Rooms were clean and spacious, parking was easy inside the premises and the surroundings were beautiful.

It’s a bit distant from the center of bath and difficult to find at night.
