2 araignées au plafond, les matelas inconfortables, aucune isolation phonique avec l’extérieur: autres clients qui rentrent tard, les voitures et tous les passages du matin au lever du soleil. Aucun rangement dans la salle de bain, impossible de suspendre les serviettes

It is in a lovely setting, nice and quiet. The bar was nice and the food was really good. The room and the beds were very comfortable. There was lots of parking too. We didn’t go for the golf but the course did look good and very well maintained.

Our door was very difficult to open, you had to put your shoulder to it! We were told to do so by a member of staff. It would have been nice to have a socket near the kettle, we had to plug it in by the bed, the opposite side of the room, the same as with hair dryer if you wanted to dry your hair and look in the mirror you had to sprawl across the bed.

Stayed here for two nights to attend Badminton Horse Trials. Room was far larger than anticipated and spotless. Bathroom was plenty large and the shower was amazing. Food was also great just wish we'd ordered more food. Amazing value given the time of year.

Driveway was a little bumpy but that's just nitpicking.

The room were big enough and comfortable beds . Just lacked a table (the bedside table was too small). Or a soap dish place in the shower.

The Players Golf club hotel is in a beautiful location right in the centre of the golf course. The rooms open directly onto the course, there are no overlooking neighbours, it is totally peaceful. In addition the bar staff were very friendly and the food lovely.

A very minor issue, the bathroom didn't have any hooks to hang clothes when changing. The bathroom looked to be recently refurbished so probably something that will soon be sorted.

Nice modern , spacious rooms

Location a simple but very adequate room. Perfect having a restaurant & bar there as well with good food.

The room was quite cold & hard to get the heat pump working at a suitable temp.

Location and views were great. Handy to park outside. Loved the decking area. Would stay again.

Illuminated digits on air on unit were bright which didn’t help sleep. No milk or tea in room (though coffee and sugar provided).
