GBGBExcellent food at a fair price is their main focus and it is good. Clean room. Attentive staff. Glass milk bottle in room fridge and home made cookies with the kettle.
I was given a sandwich, a packet of crisps and some juice to put in the room fridge for breakfast as, like every worker, I needed to be at my customer when breakfast would be served at 9am. I stayed at another hotel the following night because of this but even they only started breakfast at 8am.. I wish Booking.com made it clear when the cooked breakfast that's been paid for is served. Even on holiday I wouldn't want to waste half my day waiting for breakfast. Another minor niggle is the fact that although there is an ample supply of soaps in the bathroom, there is nowhere to put them while in the shower. I found I could just about balance a bottle on the top of the shower door .
