Hotel Breiti

This is a gem of a hotel for price / quality. Only chf 100 per night. The breakfast for just chf 13 is superb value. Restaurant has an extensive menu, and the food is excellent. There is a Beer Garden in front of the hotel, with shady trees making it very atmospheric. Swiss Steve

The wifi in the room is very slow, and pages would often not load correctly.

Big, clean room with comfortable beds and a balcony. Beautiful outside area with a little fountain. Ample parking space.

No fan or hair dryer in the room as listed in the "Facilities" section on Booking.com. The room was very warm - made it difficult to sleep at night. Kept the door open for fresh/cooler air, but then the room was buzzing with mosquitos. The hotel is situated directly next to a busy main street - quite noisy. The room was right next to the outside dining area - noisy guests until late at night. Quite pricey room for cost-performance ratio.

I did appreciate the special attention that the personal has given to some health problems I had.

The convenience of the place, near public transportation to get to the city. The rooms were ok, not AC, but comfortable. I enjoyed the friendly attitude of the early morning staff, making as much possible to make our stay a good experience

The evening staff was very unfriendly, not aware that were providing a service to the visitors, making little or none effort to speak English or meeting the needs. No doubt, it takes value off the experience

Breakfast was delicious, and right on time! The location is great, particularly if you want a very quick and easy drive to the airport! It is in a country setting, and only about 11 minutes to the Zurich airport!

The beds were not very sturdy, just a mattress on slats.
