La ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación, el desayuno, las personas que atienden, la luminosidad.

La decoración de la pieza es desagradable, tiene un mal olor persistente, le hace falta mantención y los muebles no son cómodos, más hacen bulto que solucionan. Hace falta alguien 24/7 en recepción. Una noche hubo una pelea a gritos en una habitación contigua y un pasajero llamó a la Policía, pero no había alguien del hotel que interviniera.

Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bett bequem. Es gibt auch eine Bar und eine schöne Terrasse zum verweilen.

Ich habe im Hotel übernachtet wegen einer Veranstaltung, die in ihrem Kronensaal stattfand. Nach dem Event hatte ich Hunger. Leider gab es nichts das man bestellen konnte, auch keine Snacks. Die Getränke konnte man ab 23:30 Uhr auch nicht mehr bestellen. Das fand ich schade aber sonst war alles ok.

The hotel is well designed, friendly, and has a good vibe to it. The room was very clean. the staff was friendly. the neighbourhood is fairly quiet, and the train station is a 5 minutes walk away, so it was very easy to get to the city center.

It was very hot in zurich during our stay, and the rooms have no air conditioning, so it got kind of hot towards the evening. there is a large window, but no bug net, so we didn't feel comfortable to leave the window open. at night though, it cooled down and the temp. was comfortqble, and there was a fan.
