In the middle of Luzern so amazing place to stay, the place was clean

The self check in was a bit complicated as we didn’t have internet and couldn’t find our booking.com code without internet. My name didn’t work in the self check in computer. Also we requested a portable cot for my 2yo daughter, got confirmation by email before that it would be set up in the room but unfortunately it wasn’t there when we arrived. I sent an email to the contact number and email but got no answer. I had to find a cleaning lady in the hotel to get one, she was very nice and set one for us.

The location is great with an entrance off the main street. Good amenities great shower, refrigerator, and safe , Self check-in was surprisingly easy. Close to parking but that is pricey

No AC but did provide a fan, we just happened to be here when it was hot

Lovely clean room, close to everything we needed including train station.

Central location

Check-in was not fast. The machine was not working initially. The staff had to reboot the system but he was very helpful in assisting.

Centrally located and easy to access.

The pillows are so thin we found it very difficult to sleep.
