Excellent location, comfortable beds, great facilities, excellent food

No help with snow on car when asked, from Australia so it is all new to us.

It is very close to the lifts and in the centre of town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. it is great value for money. Breakfast was very good

All the bedrooms are being renovated which will make a difference.

Everything! I travelled with my daughters and their friend to spend several days skiing around opening day in Verbier, and also in Zermatt, and what a delight! The staff made this trip exceptional - and helped me arrange so much (rentals, shopping, parking, dinner reservations, etc). The chalet itself is so quaint and beautiful. They have remodeled the rooms and mine was beautiful, with a balcony that overlooked the town and mountains. My daughters were in a “family room” which was perfect since they also had a friend along - they essentially had a suite - two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wonderful! The chalet/hotel has a WONDERFUL restaurant and chef. Breakfast was amazing, and dinners in the hotel after a day of skiing were so cozy and warm - we had fondue both nights, along with other traditional Swiss dishes. The location is perfect - The hotel is a couple blocks from the Medran lifts up the mountain for skiing, and two blocks from downtown shopping. Staying here reminded me of what family owned chalets much have been like long ago - where you are treated like family by the proprietor, and everyone wants you to feel welcomed and cared for. We loved all of it. There was even free parking next to the hotel. I can’t say enough about how nice the staff was to me and my family! The entire experience was so charming. We loved it!

Liked everything. Room was spacious very clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff and owner helped us with hikes and other activities. We loved the complimentary lift tickets to get to hiking trails!

We really liked the modern furnishings of the room, the large bathroom with a spacious shower, the location of the hotel, the friendly and always smiling and helpful staff, the great breakfast
