Que nos solucionaron un pequeño inconveniente con la puerta de manera que no nos molesto mas durante la estancia.

Que las habitaciones no tenia vista en si. Pero estaba cómoda

"Hermoso lugar, a un muy buen precio."

Muy acogedor, prolijo y con personal muy amable, en una ubicación excepcional.

Sería bueno contar con alguna forma menos trabajosa de subir al segundo y tercer piso con valijas, pues sólo hay escaleras en cierto espiral.

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación en todo el centro de la ciudad lo que brinda acceso inmediato a muchos lugares de interés. También se encuentra rodeado de una amplia oferta gastronómica y de la oferta cultural.

La habitación y las instalaciones en general algo pequeñas, faltaba algo apropiado para trabajar: escritorio o algo similar.

El estilo colonial y la buena ubicación lo hacen un buen hotel para conocer el centro histórico de Bogotá.

Al ser en el centro histórico, el hotel no cuenta con elevador, no es malo pero hace que la experiencia sea un poco menos agradable
