Amazing location and so many activities to do in the area.

Chalet style rooms a bit dated.

The reception was excellent, the staff were warm, welcoming and very attentive throughout. The hotel itself is beautiful, well organised and spotlessly clean. I was also really pleased with how convenient it was to charge my car on site, this was a great touch that I'd love to see expanded with more charging points in the future

The rooms are very noisy and lack proper sound insulation. I could clearly hear my neighbour moving around and walking throughout the night, and I could even make out their phone conversations through the wall. This made it difficult to rest and left me a bit frustrated, as I had expected a quieter stay. The poor soundproofing is something the hotel should really look into, as it has a real impact on the guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Amazing location, staff was very helpful and i would recommend everyone to keep this hotel as their base for travel around interlaken and grinderwald

Tıvaletlerde havalandırma ,pencere ,su gideri yoktu duş alma kısmı cam değil kumaşdandı su yere kolayca akıyor bu durumdan uyarı yapıldı bize neden su akmış saçma geldi bana gider yok havalandırma yok banyo yaptığında odada durulmuyordu sıcaktan odanın pencere ve kapısında sineklik yoktu açtığında sivri sinek odaya giriyordu
