Hotel des Alpes

Once arrived you meet the friendly staff who are ready to help you while breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are purchased separately. The staff make great efforts to speak multiple languages and the rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms are clean but also spacious and they give extra towels too. The food is great and the hotel is nice and safe.

The hotel is located in a remote place so it's far with public transportation. There's an extra tax added at the very end but tell only tell you when you check out.

Beautiful room although a bit small, not enough room for luggage. Good location.

EV charging was listed as free on website. Upon asking to use the charger I was not told otherwise, only on checkout the staff presented me with a fee and argued that it was listed elsewhere on the website. I only charged 15 kWh and inwas charged 15 euros, this is absurd. Indeed elsewhere on the website the fee is listed, but we checked under room details and here it was listed as free. I presented a screenshot of this and the staff simply said “that is old information”.
